Terms & Conditions 

The following terms and conditions shall be applied for Lapland Lodge Silmäsjärvi.

Bookings:

Bookings for ACTIVITIES at Lapland Lodge Silmäsjärvi are done through the our website’s booking portal. Choose your preferred activity(ies) by selecting a category, then the service(s), and the season in which you’d like your activity to take place. Once you’ve made your selection, you will choose your preferred date and time slot. Please provide accurate personal details and any other information necessary, and then proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation and invoice once we have received your booking and payment.

Bookings for ACCOMMODATION at Lapland Lodge SIlmäsjärvi are done through booking.com and booking terms and conditions are listed on their website. Please refer to their terms and conditions as well, when booking accommodation. Booking can also be made through us directly. Please contact info@laplandlodge.fi.

Payment: 

Payment for ACTIVITIES is done online through our booking portal, through Paytrail Oyj. In the case of booking an activity on the spot, payment options will be presented to you directly.

Payment for ACCOMMODATION is done through booking.com. If you book directly through us, we will send you an invoice and confirmation.

Changes & Cancellations by the Customer:

Once an activity booking has been made, you may not withdraw from it except as permitted by the Terms. We will accept a cancellation by You, provided that the cancellation must be made in writing. The day on which cancellation is received by us will determine the cancellation charges applicable.

Changes made DURING your stay at Lapland Lodge Silmäsjärvi: If you book an activity DURING your stay at the Lodge, our employees and staff must be notified 24 hrs in advance. No service fee will be charged. Changes made less than 24 hrs in advance of the activity date require a 25€ service fee.

Changes made PRIOR to your stay at Lapland Lodge Silmäsjärvi: If you book an activity PRIOR to your stay at the Lodge, changes must be made 7 or more days in advance. No service fee will be charged. Changes made less than 7 days before the activity date require a 25€ service fee.

Cancellation refund policy is as follows:

a) Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the activity date requires a 25€ cancellation fee.

b) Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the activity or no-show is non-refundable.

Changes & Cancellations by Lapland Lodge Silmäsjärvi:

In some cases changes may be made to activity prices, times, itinerary, etc. Lapland Lodge Silmäsjärvi reserves the right to cancel, change, transfer or substitute any activity that you have booked, at any time and for any reason. If you choose not to accept the alternatives offered, you will be entitled to a full refund. In the case of an activity being unable to take place due to weather conditions, the activity may be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund. If we have to make changes to the activity due to weather or any other reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

In the case of special requests, please email info@laplandlodge.fi and we will try to accommodate your needs as best we can.

Safety: 

The participant understands that certain activities involve an element of risk and danger of accidents, and knowing those potential risks, assumes those risks voluntarily. Some activities are more physically demanding, and the participant acknowledges that he/ she is physically fit to participate. In the case that the participant has any illnesses or disabilities that could affect the ability to participate, or if she is pregnant, he/she will consult a medical expert before participating, and acknowledge participation voluntarily.
