Experience the sauna’s healing benefits with a little twist! Spend some time in our traditional sauna at the Lapland Lodge as you’re guided through a relaxing and de-stressing sequence of simple yoga postures, modified for the sauna and tailored to your needs. After the session, you are free to relax in the sauna and take a dip in the wood-heated, outdoor hot tub. Water and non-alcoholic refreshments are provided, as it is imperative to stay hydrated when practicing in hot environments.
